The terms that govern registering an account, adding funds, placing an order, and using any TZBoost service.

1Service Disclaimer
  1. 1.1

    TZBoost is not affiliated with, and does not represent, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other social network.

  2. 1.2

    We provide promotion services only. We cannot guarantee that all followers, likes or views will result in interaction (engagement).

2Account Security
  1. 2.1

    TZBoost never needs your account password. Your account stays secure.

  2. 2.2

    It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the account or post is set to PUBLIC while an order is in progress.

3Refund Policy
  1. 3.1

    No refund is returned to your original payment method (M-Pesa, bank, etc.) after a deposit is made. Read the Refund Policy for full details on how refunds work.

  2. 3.2

    Funds you add stay in your TZBoost Wallet and are used to order services.

  3. 3.3

    If an order becomes "Failed" or "Dropped", the funds are returned directly to your TZBoost Wallet.

  4. 3.4

    No refund is given for orders placed on a PRIVATE account or using an incorrect link/username.

4Double Orders
  1. 4.1

    Placing more than one order for the same link or account at the same time is not allowed. Please wait for the first order to complete.

5Price Changes
  1. 5.1

    Service prices may change at any time without prior notice.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: Make sure you read each service's description before buying, so you know whether that service includes a "Refill" or not.
