Refund Policy
Please read this policy before adding funds or placing an order on TZBoost.
1Overview
This Refund Policy explains how TZBoost handles refunds, account credits, cancellations and refills.
It applies to services purchased through TZBoost and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and the description of the service you ordered.
Nothing in this policy removes any cancellation, refund or other consumer right that applies under the law.
2Our services and your account balance
TZBoost provides the digital services listed on its website. There are no physical products to return.
Adding funds to your account is different from placing an order. Your account balance is used to pay for services when you submit an order. Adding funds does not, by itself, start an order.
Some services may begin processing soon after an order is placed. Check the required details, price, quantity, delivery information and any cancellation or refill conditions before ordering.
An account credit means money returned to your TZBoost balance for use on future orders.
A payment refund means money returned outside TZBoost, normally through the payment method originally used.
A refill means replacing eligible engagement that dropped after delivery, under the conditions advertised for that service.
3When refunds or account adjustments are available
Contact support when an order or payment has a problem. We will review the relevant records before confirming the outcome.
A refund or account adjustment may be available when:
- An order cannot be delivered.
- Delivery permanently stops before the purchased quantity is complete.
- A cancellation is accepted for an undelivered service.
- A payment or system error creates a duplicate charge.
- A billing error causes an overcharge.
- The delivered service does not match its description.
Depending on the issue, the remedy may include completing or correcting the service, issuing an account credit or returning a payment.
Where a service cannot be provided, the amount paid for the undelivered service will be returned as explained in Section 7, subject to your rights under the law.
A temporary delay does not automatically mean that an order has failed. However, an order status does not remove your legal rights.
Partial refunds
For services priced by quantity, the refund for an incomplete order is based on the amount actually charged and the confirmed undelivered quantity:
Refund = amount charged × undelivered quantity ÷ ordered quantity
Example: you paid TZS 10,000 for 5,000 units. Delivery permanently stopped after 3,900 units. The undelivered quantity is 1,100 units.
TZS 10,000 × 1,100 ÷ 5,000 = TZS 2,200.
This is an example only, not a TZBoost service price.
For services not priced by quantity, the calculation depends on the service purchased and the part that was not provided.
4When refunds are generally not available
These conditions apply only where they do not limit your legal rights.
Services delivered as described
A change of mind does not normally qualify for a refund of a service that has already been correctly delivered.
Incorrect details supplied by the customer
A refund is not normally available for a service correctly delivered to the link, username or other details you submitted. Contact support immediately after noticing an error so we can check whether it can still be corrected.
Changes to the account or target link
Making an account private, deleting content or changing a username during delivery may prevent completion. We will review what was delivered and whether the remaining service can be stopped, corrected or refunded.
Drops after delivery
A drop in followers, likes, views or other engagement does not automatically qualify for a payment refund. Any advertised refill conditions apply, together with your legal rights.
Results not included in the service
A service does not guarantee sales, income, brand deals or other outcomes unless they were expressly included in the agreed service description.
An order marked "Completed" does not prevent you from reporting that it was not actually delivered or did not match its description.
5Refills
Refills are available only where they were included in the service description at the time of purchase.
That description should explain the refill period, what is covered and any relevant conditions. A service without an advertised refill option does not include a separate refill promise.
To request a refill, contact support with your order details. Use a refill request option in your account where one is available.
We may need to verify the original delivery, current count and whether the request meets the advertised conditions.
A refill request does not mean that the refill has already been approved or completed.
Where a promised refill cannot be provided, contact support so we can review an appropriate remedy. Refills do not replace any other remedy you are entitled to under the law.
6How to request help or a refund
Contact TZBoost support through our Help or Contact page.
Include the details relevant to your issue:
- Your username or account email.
- Your order ID, where an order exists.
- The service purchased and relevant link or username.
- For payment issues: the amount, payment date, payment method and transaction reference.
- A short explanation of the problem.
- Relevant screenshots, where available.
You do not need an order ID to report a payment problem when no order has been created.
Contact us as soon as you notice an issue. For refills, submit your request within the advertised refill period. Any legal complaint or cancellation period continues to apply.
Do not send your password, mobile-money PIN, one-time verification code or full card security details.
7Where refunds go and how long they take
7.1 Orders paid from your TZBoost balance
An approved adjustment to an order paid from your TZBoost balance will normally restore the affected amount to that balance.
A balance credit is not the same as money returned to your phone, bank account or card.
Where you are entitled to a payment refund, we will not require you to accept account credit instead unless you agree and the law allows it.
7.2 Payment refunds
Approved payment refunds, including confirmed duplicate payments or billing errors, will normally be returned to the original payer through the original payment method.
Where that method cannot receive a refund, we will agree on an appropriate alternative after verifying the payer and payment details.
We will not send a refund to an unrelated third party.
7.3 Unused account balance
Requests to return unused paid balance are reviewed separately from order refunds.
We will check the original payment, amounts already used and pending orders before confirming the amount that can be returned.
Crediting a payment to your TZBoost balance does not remove any refund right you have under the law.
7.4 Review and processing times
After reviewing your request, we will explain the outcome, any approved amount, where it will be returned and the expected processing time.
Any applicable legal deadline takes priority and is not restarted by our internal approval process.
For payment refunds, we will distinguish between the date we send the refund and any additional time needed for the payment provider to show it in your account.
8Cancellations
Contact support as soon as you wish to cancel an order.
A cancellation request is not confirmation that the order has been stopped. Some services may already have been submitted for processing even when the status in your account has not yet updated.
We will check whether delivery can be stopped and confirm the result.
Where cancellation is accepted, the refundable amount depends on what, if anything, was correctly delivered and your applicable rights.
A completed service cannot be cancelled simply because you changed your mind. This does not prevent a claim about non-delivery, an incorrect service or another issue covered by this policy or the law.
9Payment disputes
Contact support when you believe a payment is incorrect or an order has not been delivered. Providing the transaction or order details helps us investigate.
Contacting support does not remove your right to raise a genuine dispute with your payment provider, bank or a relevant authority.
We may provide relevant payment records, order information and communications when responding to a dispute.
A genuine complaint will not, by itself, be treated as fraud.
We may investigate deliberately false claims, altered payment evidence or attempts to receive the same refund more than once. Any action will follow our Terms of Service and applicable law.
