How to add funds
- Log in to your TZBoost account.
- Go to Add Funds.
- Choose the available manual payment method.
- Follow the payment instructions carefully.
- Make the payment.
- Submit the required payment details or proof.
- Wait for your payment to be checked.
After the payment is approved, the money will be added to your TZBoost balance.
Manual payment
Payments are checked manually. Please make sure you use the correct payment details and payment reference.
Do not send money to payment details that are not shown inside TZBoost.
I paid but my balance was not increased
If you have paid but your TZBoost balance was not increased, contact TZBoost support through WhatsApp.
Before contacting support, prepare:
- Your TZBoost account email
- Amount paid
- Payment reference
- Payment screenshot or proof
- Date and time of payment
